Transfer Case

I have a slight leak on my transfer case. I will be re-sealing the rear of it. Is there a paper gasket for there or just the RTV stuff? If it is something different than RTV silicone, can you post the part number? Thanks,

Had the same problem, Check out this post. "OK, I've had it, Transfer case leak"



Guess DC had a few problems with these and came out with a few fixes. This new seal solved the problem for me.



The new part number for the output shaft seal is 5086054AA. Try it before you RTV it.
