This is just an FYI...

I'm at Transfer Flow Inc. in Chico, CA today getting a 50ga bed tank installed in Slobber.

I've noticed that Joe Donnelly and others are using Transfer Flow's TraxII controller (the one with the LCD) with the tanks installed in their trucks, so I asked about that. Transfer Flow informed me the TraxII system only works with Ram trucks through 2013. Apparently something changed with the 2014 Ram electrical system so the TraxII won't communicate anymore.

My truck will have to use the simpler MaxFlow-TFI system instead.

It's possible Transfer Flow will figure out the TraxII / 2014 Ram communications issue in the future, so this may be a temporary thing.

A best regards,

John L.

John- before MM, I emailed Transfer flow that very question...
Greg,

Thanks for your email. Our TRAX system should be available for newer Dodge pickups in a few months. It’s currently under durability by our engineering department.

Wish I had mentioned this before I left.

Thanks Greg,

The MaxFlow-TFI system will be fine for me... nice, simple, and no additional clutter on the instrument panel.

Best regards,

John L.
