Anyone using the transfer flow tank with a FASS system? Will the FASS hook up to the transfer flow tank the same way? Should I do the fuel tank vent mod the same time I put in the transfer flow tank?

btt

It has been a while with no response. What extra would be required for install with the FASS pump and the 56 gallon transfer flow tank? anyone done this mod?

JNehl,

I have a 54-gal. Transfer Flow fuel tank and a 150 GPH FASS system however, as I have a '98. 5 2nd gen. Ram I doubt I have the information you are seeking. Sorry. Just thought I'd respond to let you know there is at least a few people reading your thread. :D

And yes, I spent a lot of time and money designing and fabricating a complete supply (-08 A/N) and return (-06 A/N) fuel system using Aeroquip AQP braided s/s hose and fittings. Taking it a step further, I designed and modified my OE fuel module, adding Aeroquip Teflon/stainless steel hose and fittings along with custom fabricated components to complete the supply/return of my fuel system.

Very trick and very expensive!

I would think that if you got one of those 6-way selector valves, you could do it... two from one tank, two from the other tank, and two to the FASS.

I thnk Gary-KLG7 has one on his setup... I thik they were a mid 80s/90s Ford item (for those trucks with dual tanks... )
