Had an excellent experience with Transfer Flow that I thought was worth sharing with the membership.

I've had a 38 gallon aft axle Transfer Flow system on my '98 for almost 10 years. Recently, my Trax UFS fuel system status LCD indicator began working intermittently. Transfer system still working fine, just a problem with the indicator panel on the dash. Since the Trax UFS has been superseeded by a newer system, I figured I would have to live with just the factory fuel (guess)guage.

Long story short: I e-mailed Brad at Transfer Flow tech support. He said if I would send him the Trax UFS indicator he would repair it if possible. I mailed it on a Thursday and got an e-mail from Brad the following Monday saying he had re-soldered connections on the circuit boards, unit checked OK, and he had turned it over to sales to be returned to me. I received it Friday PM and reinstalled it Sat AM. It works good as new.

There was no charge to me for the repair, shipping or handling. I didn't expect such great factory service on a 10 year old, out of production product. Transfer Flow gets my vote for superior product and customer support. No, I'm not associated with Transfer Flow in any way other than as a customer.

Thanks for the information. I had a Transfer Flo tool box / 65 gal tank in my 98 Dodge and have a 70 gal in my 2004. 5 and both works great. As I never had a reason to try their support I feel good about it. I had both tanks installed at their plant in Chico and they were great to work with. When I arrived in a Chico campground for the 98 Dodge installation my back went out and I couldn't drive the truck to their plant. The campground manager told me the owner of Transfer Flo was staying in the campground. A few minutes later the Owner of Transfer Flow came to my camper and drove my truck to the plant, had the tank installed, drove the truck to my camping spot and explained the use and operation to me.

It don't get any better than that.

If I decide to install another tank, it will be a no-brainer after reading this. If the company is that accomidating to a new and old customer that is who I want to deal with.
