Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Transfercase help

Does anybody know if a dodge ever came with a NP271 I am in need of a input shaft for one so I can hook it to my NV4500

These t-cases were found in 03 and newer cr 4x4 cummins.

273 is the same thing just electronic shift.
