Does anyone know why there would be fluid with bubbles on the dipstick, what causes this? I'v noticed it several times I'v checked the level and level is fine. Thanks

How many miles on the fluid? Foam from to many miles overfilled underfilled

Fluid and filter has 8000 miles on it, level is good.

Traditionally foam on the dipstick means the fluid level is too high and the pumps are aerating it. Supposedly this also promotes overheating. BUT you said the level was fine according to dipstick—so— is dipstick wrong?!!. Borrow one from a friends same model/year?? empty and refill??!
