Hi, im a newer member and i just recently bought a 2000 25004x4 auto, with 47k miles. Already the lift pump was replaced (on the 5th day with truck) and now the truck is acting up if speed is any higher then 60mph. It acts like its hitting the governor no slip but, like a bog whenever it hits 2k rpm, is this a transmission issue? Also the truck has the banks ottomind box and bighead wastegate actuator.

Ok the problem subsided for a day but, just a few minutes ago i went to check out a volvo( im a volvo collector-im weird) and the truck started doing it again, but at about 30mph and i looked to check out the [sarcastic]AMAZING banks dynafact gauges[/sarcastic] and they were being very erratic jumping from 6psi to pegged and the pyro was stuck at 16. So, i pulled over and stopped let it down idle abit and shut it off for about 10 min. I started it back up and now both gauges are stuck at 0 with no effect, and the truck acts like it has about 20hp, its shifting ok but it has no acceleration at all... Any Ideas could a banks ottomind taking a **** cause these issues? please help...

Probably the best thing is to remove any aftermarket enhancements and get back to stock as much as possible. At least you will have a baseline to start at.

well, i bought it this way, and i have no clue where to start with removal of the ottomind... nor do i have the original wastegate actuator...
