Attention: TDR Forum Junkies My 04. 5 is now 15 days old and has 1728 miles. Up until two days ago I was getting used to the very solid feeling of the gears shifting. Since then, when I'm driving along going from 2nd to 3rd (I think thats right). . the engine just rev's... like it doesn't want to shift. I mean, I let off the gas and it does shift. Just seems, well not right. transmission fluid level & color is good, but kind of a slightly burnt smell. I do no towing, but lots of driving. 3/4 of which is highway. Air filter glass tube thingy still says it's okay. About another week or week and a half I'll be ready for my 1st service. Figured I better take it to the dealer.
I wanted to run this by you guys, any thoughts? Seems kinda odd to me.
