Am new to the form and want to install a boost, egt, and trans temp gauge on my 04 3500 Duelly with auto. I know that I will need to drill and tap the exhaust manifold for the egt probe but what do I do with the boost and trans temp. probe? Do I have to drill and tap for these also. . Thanks for the good photos of the egt installation. . Bill in Arizona and freezing wishing that some of the global warming would come this way. :

I just installed my guages last week. For the boost I used a drilled and tapped "boost Bolt" in place of one of the manifold bolt. There are test plugs on the trans you can use for temp. Do a search on this site - there are lots of pics that others have posted.

Do a search on here and you will find plenty of info about installing gauges. When I ordered my gauges from Genos they included everything I needed. There are several ways to go with the trans temp. sender. For now mine is in the plug facing to the rear on the passenger side of the trans. You can get a turbo boost guage fitting from Piers which makes it very easy to hook up. Just remove a intake manifold bolt and screw this one in and then hook up the tubing. I think Genos sells this too.
