Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Transmission atf capacity ????

Hey what is the capacity of our auto transmissions? I am dropping my pan and changing the filter and throwing a Mag-Hytec on there. . the double deep pan.



I am assuming the pan will add 4 quarts also

just fill it up until you see fluid on both sides of the stick running in neutral .

NOW thats my kinda sence of humor!! I'll just go buy a 55 gallon drum of ATF

29-33 pints (about 4 gal. ) But that's dry. It's a lot less if you haven't drained the torque converter which can be a pain to do at times.

Chrysler Automatic approx 17 Quarts (Four Quarts in Factory pan) you'll have to add extra for Double Deep pan.

Old fashioned procedure for completely changing fluid, including converter (no drain plug)
