Ok so another question. I have a Goerend trans with, upgrade flex plate, billet tripple disk 1700 stall TC, billet input shaft, 2nd gear lock up. I was looking at all the computers to control this transmission lock up and un lock and hopefully some of the 3 to 4 and 4 to 3 shifting points. Theres a lot to chose from does anyone have one, do you like it, why do you like it?

Also does anyone know if there is one that will work with 2nd gear lock up as I have that ability with my trans now???

Thanks John

I have the ATS Co-Pilot... ... . I know very few members like ATS here and I'm one of them BUT, I have not had any problems with any of their other products in my sig. Their POS transmission didn't even make it 2 yrs in my truck and that included their top-of-the-line 5-Star TC... ... ... JUNK!!!!

You must have gotten a raise or something: New turbos and transmission upgrades!!!!:-laf:-laf:-laf:)

ATS Commander is about the only option for doing what you want to do. I don't think any other manufacturer even tried to perfect that into something that could be marketed. A lot of the controllers for EB's control lockup but down to 1st gear like the Commander will.

will these work with the Goerend valve body?

The Commander will work with any VB, maybe just not the same with all of them. The Commander will allow you to lock the TC in all gears, make all shifts locked to locked, or lock in all gears and partially unlock for each shift point. The full functionality takes a VB built to exact specs to make it work is all.

For 2-3-OD lockup control just about any VB with the correct mods will work fins.
