Archived transmission dust cover question

I'm ready to install my NV4500 into what was an 96 auto. I got to looking at the dust cover and I am not sure if it is going to work on my new 5 speed. Everything looks like it will line up except there are two little holes in the bottom of the bell housing and no holes in the dust cover. The holes don't look like they would hold much but I'm not sure. Any ideas? Matt

Not sure but... are you trying to put an automatic dust cover on your manual transmission bell housing? The manual bell housing is solid. There is no removable cover. It does have a tiny inspection slot in the bottom.
