Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission flash

Hi all - new member here - read plenty of threads on the transmission flash problem, haven't seen anybody ask about my problem. Just had the flash done at 71,000 miles - done about 30K ago also. This flash did nothing for my problem - anybody experienced this? How many times can this be done? Would a ground strap from the alternator to the frame help? Thanks

It will flutter from OD to third and back at low RPM only - about 1400 - 1500, 45mph to 48mph. Does not do it at any other speed or any other shift point. Thanks

They like to call it hunting and there have been a few posts. Mine does it on occasion for about 1000 miles then stops. Ive had a reflash. Not sure what one. recall 799. I unhook my power terminals and let the ******* stepchild pcm forget.
