Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission fluid level

whats, the differance in fluid level on transmission dipstick between hot and cold fluid

About 1/8" on mine.

If you guys can see that level on the dipstick when the truck is up to operating temperature then your eyes are better than mine

I can't see a fluid line on mine at all and I know that it is full because I put in 15 quarts when I did my fluid change ( that included the TC )
