I need locations to take my 1990 Dodge Turbo Cummins in for transimission repair for automatics. I need it to be in the Cobb County or Atlanta Georgia area. Anyone wanna help me out here? thx.

Sorry I can't be of help other than to offer my$. 02. Look for quality in the job Vs. convenience in location. You'll end up with a long lasting piece of equipment Vs. many trips to a shop that doesn't offer the kind of quality needed to withstand the tourque the Cummins delivers. There's an outfit that will deliver the trans to you and you can return your old (core) but, I can't remember who it is - I think Black Mountain Diesel??? They are TDR Members and specialize in our automatics. I'm sure someone will ring in with more info than I was able to give. Remember, you get what you pay for and these trannies don't come cheap. Try calling Suncoast transmissions. Their in Fl. and may be able to give more info. on local repair.
