transmission is BAD! need upgrade! advice?

my transmission was slipping in 2 gear. . changed oil today and found

grease/mud (metall and somthing) in bottom of oilpan

i can drive if i drive very slow in 2 but all other works fine.

(band adjustment was fine)

year ago i found a pice of a big locking ring but the slipping started

a month ago when i tried my new power with injectors and cp3.



ive read that dtt had a diy kit and price was

around 3500dollars (they told me it will hold 600-700hp)

but what kit can you recomend?

where do i get most bang for the buck?

i need to install it myself cause noone here in finland

wants/can build these trannys (not much of 48re here)

what parts do i need?

where should i order them? (to get most bang for the buck

In your case I would go with DTT. Excellent parts and they are very good about providing support for their products and help for the DIY crowd.

The Pump is T&C stg one, its NOT industrials... I will check into the parts ASAP ... Let Me know what You find after the TEAR down. . Its just to early to be guessing... .
