transmission Is Toast!!!

I must be the luckiest person alive. I brought my truck down to the dealership this morning cause I have 200 miles or so until my 36k warranty is over. I told them to check my ball joints, snug down injectors and do an injector test. Also told them that my transmission was acting up and it felt like the TC was slipping. Well to make a long story short they agreed to completely rebuild my trans Oo. Oo. I got SO lucky. . I got a great service manager. I agreed to take off my box(s) until I upgrade my transmission. :-laf I am getting a full transmission upgrade in the near future but this will be good for now.

It is if you don't have mods that directly effect the transmission.

I thought that your point was you were lucky to catch the transmission prob, before the 3/36 was up, oops, my bad. Sounds like you've got a great service dept.

Oh I see what you are saying... I didn't realize that it was covered under the 7/70 but it makes sense that it is. That's probably why the dealer told me to take the chip off :-laf



The Attitude/Juice is great. I've been testing it since March. It's about time for the updated version to come out.
