I use Jeg's Push-Loc hose for my cooler lines. My steel lines were shot and when i had the trans rebuilt I bought the Push-Loc hose and AN fittings. Much nicer and easy to replace if I ever need to again.

-8AN hose. The factory is 1/2" and you need to be at least that plus the Heat exchanger uses -8AN fittings on it as well. You will need

:

2 -8AN to 1/4"npt fittings for the trans case

2 -8AN 90* swivel Push-Loc hose fittings for the lines coming off the trans

2 -8AN Straight Push-Loc Hose fittings for the heat exchanger

2 - 1/2" Smooth clamps for the hose to front trans cooler (EFI clamps work great)

20' of the Jeg's Push-Loc Hose

Summit sells a Push-Loc hose under their house brand as well and it works just the same. Hose will just slide over the 1/2" tubes on the front cooler and you just put the clamps on there to hold them on since the tube is flared.
