I was thinking... . I was told that I need a transmission lock-up module, like the ATS Co-pilot, if I install an exhaust brake on my 48RE. Why do I need a transmission locker? Doesn't tow/haul lock up my torque converter already? Does any body know why the guys at my local diesel shop seem to think I need to run a co-pilot with an exhaust brake? Just looking for input.
