Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) transmission making noise

I've always had a gear noise since new. But lately it seems to be louder and last longer. It used to be when I shifted I'd hear it now it seems to be getting louder if I take it easy on the shifting it does not do it. And it is only noticeable going into 3rd and 4th gear. Could this be the sychronizers going bad. Any Ideas?

Mine is starting to do the same thing manily during hard acceleration till about 2000 rpm and then goes away. it makes the noise ( cage bearing sound I think. ) in 3rd 4 th and 5th. also does any body now how to sqeeze the quick connect fitting on the new two piece , slave/master cylinder line.

Yeah that's it only on hard acceleration guess I'll run it till something breaks then I'll know what it was.

Kinda the same thing with me (196,000+ miles)... just save your pocket change in a big bowl and when you need a rebuild, take your bowl of coins to the bank.
