Truck is going to Enterprise Engines next wednesday for Suncoast converter, valve body and SFI flexplate I'm stoked cant wait till its back... . anyone else here with those transmission mods, is it worth the BIG bucks I'm spending on it?????

How much hp can you push with that transmission setup?

I am going to see how she stands up to around 600hp. If it don't break then 700 here we come!

a buddy of mine had some issues with a BD T/C and V/B with a flex plate at around 450rwhp. But that is a different brand so maybe the suncoast will hold up a bit better.

P. S. I talked to 1 of the big shots down at Suncoast and he said I'll be amazed when its done. He said I'll wonder why I didnt do it before. Firm quick possitive shifts and no slipping plus long term reliability. Doug @ Enterprise told me Suncoast uses a different filter than whats stock in our trannys I'll have to find out what part # and where to get it. He said its an open element as opossed to the closed element thats in our trucks now.
