Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have a 1990 3/4 ton 4x4 standard cab pickup. It has the BDL injectors (40 hp version). The turbo has the 16cm housing for better throttle response. The injection pump has been rebuilt and turned up approximately 10%. It has the 5 speed getrag transmission. When I am coasting or applying no power to the transmission it will slip out
either 2nd gear or 4 gear. The truck has 230,000 plus miles on it, alot of them was pulling or aggressive driving (its is a work truck). I need to find
either transmission shop in the Spokane area or the Portland OR metro area,
the truck has need in both areas'. I could replace it myself if there are shops
that sell a reman unit with core return in Portland. Any feedback will help
