Friday, on the way home I noticed a noise coming from my transmission. It sounds like a 'gear'noise or bearings that are loose. You know the noise you get from some older transmissions when you pull on the shift lever while in gear and when you turn it loose the noise quits? It's kind of like you are transfering the gear noise up through the shift lever into the cab. It does it all the time while in gear and does not change 'pitch' as speed changes. Pressing the clutch does not matter, 'throw out bearing'? Any ideas? This is the first concern I've had since purchasing. Now have 23. 7K miles. Thanks

Ron

I would hope you dont have the same trouble i did, but mine had a 7MM socket inside the transmission, it made it 12,400 miles before cracking the case and letting me know it was in there.

the only indications were every once and a while it would sound like a rock bounced off the exhaust and it was getting hard to shift towards the end.

Since you got the 7 MM socket, Rono probably got the 13 MM one. I assume the porduction worker would run out of sockets eventually.
