I plan to install a Perma-Cool Transmission oil filter kit which includes an oil temp gauge on my 98 Ram 3500 auto. My question is: will this present any problems such as restricting the flow of fluid, increased temp or any other trans damage. Being new to the Dodge Cummins nation I find the TDR a God send for all my questions and source of info.
 
DE, welcome. There are others here with Perma-Cools installed that have many miles with no problems. I think it's a good way to go.
