Very simple question, is the stock exhaust manifold the exact same from 03 to 07?

truck now has 71,000 miles on it and time to replace the transmission fluid. put in amsoil products the last time and just wondering if any other miracle tonic has proven to be better since then. its a 6 speed. thanks
