Will my mag-hytec pan that I have on my 92 fit on my new truck? 2001 2500

I think the answer is no - but if I'm not mistaken, our newer trannies already have a deeper pan from the factory than the first gen. trucks had. I believe the MH double deep pan would be the next step up. I'm sure someone who knows for sure will jump in and correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct, read it in a copy of the TDR.
