Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission problem

well im gonna make this short and sweet since i dont have a ton of time right now. my transmission wont shift into to od it locks in third and stays there also its not unlocking when i let off the throttle

well new addition the transmission ran fine last night except for the lack of od. today it barely goes into any gear i did not test drive it just forward and reverse and it didnt feel right i think the tanny is burned up
