Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission problems

I have put on 61k in the last 8 months, just yesterday I drove from OK to CO. After about 400 miles of the trip(no trailer), the transmission started an anoying whine in 3rd thru 5th during a positive load, and a negative load. Any ideas?

Larry, you got to be kidding me, 61 K! You need to list the road as home and not Newcastle! PM inarush76 and ask him what he thinks, he's in Midalothian Tx. (South of Grand Prarie) I doubt I would trust anyone here, Saw you getting fuel the other day and gave you a cloud
