transmission question

I have the NV5600 in my truck and when you shift into sixth it will grind. Anyone else had this or know what is wrong? I think its the synchro but not 100% sure. The truck on the other hand runs great in all other gears but when shifting into sixth thanks

Going into third when its cold will sometimes be a little rough but sixth is always smooth for me.
