Well I either broke the flex plate or it came loose or both . Awful rattling noise coming from the flex plate torque converter. Stuck my trusty pry bar behind the flex plate and it is loose as a goose . Hopefully nothing to serious Is blown up . Was a broken stock flex plate in the bed when I bought the truck might have to update to a bd diesel flex plate I guess

Good to hear, yes you can lift on the pan for future reference. Did you pull the trans to check the flexplate or found the bolts loose enough to figure out the problem?

I didn’t pull the transmission I just got thinking last night that if the Plate itself was broken or loose it would be making a different noise so I stuck my finder in the inspection hole and the bolt that it stopped on Just happened to sticking our about half way . They were all loose I pulled them out and loctited them and ran em tight
