Are there any good ones in Southern California or Western Arizona? I'm especially interested in a place with a known history of providing quality service and reliable products. A place that values workmanship and repeat customers. A place willing to build a transmission according to the use and preferences of the customer using after market products where appropriate. Surely there is such a place! (?)

Im new too the forum, and have found some great information here; however I am on the fence about building my nv5600. Have done other 5 and 6 speeds in the past and am willing to invest in tools. Have most of the tools needed, and will build the rest. Borrow a 50t press. If anyone has a good referral for a Texas shop; I am willing too talk too them.

Scroll up, DavidC already posted his contact info. However since you are in TX and have a manual trans you should probably contact Standard Transmission in Fort Worth. To my knowledge Fred mostly handles automatics (and does a great job of it).
