Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission shift?

just arrived in tuscon from Alaska,transmission after warm shifts back and forth from 3rd too forth will not stay in forth any help? 2002 w/bd valve body up date. deep pan from genos.

I installed a filter in line from the ecm like a new truck thanks Nararone!
