transmission Shifting Funny

Seems like my transmission is hunting or searching for the right gear... ... ... ... . I can be going about 40 mph or so and seems like it's shifting up/down a few times and I just speed up until it shifts and stays there. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem, is it something to be checked out... ... ... ... . I will say this is a intermitten problem and does not do it all the time.

Mine also does it. It started doing it when I installed the EZ. I think it's just a by product of the mods. I just give it a little more fuel until it jumps into overdrive.

Have you had your speedometer recalibrated after you put on the 315 BFG's. I just had mine recalibrated and the shifts points seem to be back to normal.

Yes... ... ..... mine was calibrated to 601 right after the install of the tires. It doesnt do it all the time----------very intermittent problem and I have been trying to drive without the O/D on to see how it reacts

Same thing here...

Mine just started doing the same thing two days ago. It does it when OD is off also. Up and down, up and down, up and down. I thought it might be some sensor related issue. It's driving me nuts!I've had 315's on my truck for 2 years now but never had anything calibrated. Where can I get that done?
