You could take it to a shop and get a manual fuel pressure test done on it on the VP side, they will know whats up. I take mine to CV diesel in Greencastle,PA, they are awesome. Mine has gone out twice, the 1st one was my ignorance, then the 2nd one was a faulty pump, which they put on for me free of charge, honored the warranty and didnt even charge labor. Just a little drive up I-81. Then definitely get a fuel pressure gauge and maybe relocate the pump to the frame, just an idea.
