Transmission Shop Austin, Texas?

Maybe getting a new SBC clutch for Christmas, anyone now of any good transmission shops in Austin or the surrounding areas? The new clutch might be a little to difficult for just me.

Can't help you with a shop in Austin. The shop where I work is a bit south of Dallas. We have installed a number of SB cllutches. Probably not much help. Maybe someone will chime in.

I would take a trip to Dallas myself! James (inarush76) installed my DTT TC, and he will be rebuilding the transmission when it needs it. Great guy and great work!

I completely concur with TXRam. James did my DTT TC install also and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to drive back to Dallas if I needed any transmission work.

James will treat you right and take care of you!!

Call Longhorn Transmissions. They were recommended to me by weircummin. Just don't go to the Aamco on Riverside. YIKES!
