I am looking for a transmission shop in NE NC or Tidewater (SE) VA to install a new t/c in my truck. I am obviously looking for a shop that knows our trucks and will not charge me a rediculous price to do the work. Anybody know of one???

Thanks,

Matt

If you wouldn't mind taking the trip to my shop, I would be happy to set your transmission up at a fair price.
Many have traveled to see us and there experience was very good.
So far the record is Texas, with Arkansas, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, South Dakota, Ohio, New Jersey, Canada, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Massachussets, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Many More I can't recall.

Matt:

I saw that you did not get much
response on your post for "transmission
help. " I faced a similar dilemma
a few months ago when I had to
"go through" my automatic after
it started "slipping and shudder-
ing. " As you probably know, I drove
all the way to "Scheid Diesel" in
Terre Haute, Indiana to have mine
done with very good service I might
add.

Ted Jannetty has offered you his
services and has definitely done
alot of work on these trucks for
the TDR membership with a reputation
for quality work.

If you are looking for someone "just
in North Carolina" Roy Whaley (Lead
Cummins Technician) at "National Dodge" inJacksonville, N. C. can do it for
you. He can be reached at (910) 347-
3777. He has personally worked on both
my Dodge CTD trucks. On my old 92'he
installed a new transmission when the
annulus gear failed. Then on my 96' he
installed a "Trans-Go" Shift Kit for me.
Another dealer in N. C. is "Bumpass
Motors/Dodge" in Reidsville, N. C. I
don't have their number Matt but the
technician's name is "Bennie" that does
their diesel work. He owns a Dodge CTD
himself and is/was a contact person for
TST products on the installation of their
cam plates.

E-mail me and I can give you more
information if you want or maybe
we can talk by telephone.

Anyway, I hope this has helped you
some!

Take care and good luck!
