Transmission shudder

Looks like my transmission is giving it up after 150K. Thinking about replacing it with an transmission from ATS w/ the Triple lok converter. Does anybody have one? What do you think?

I have been running my ATS transmission and TripleLok converter for a year now. The TripleLok torque converter is sweet. I guess the best way to put it is, if I had to make the decision again; about which company would build my transmission I would go with ATS again. Clint and the team at ATS are good people to work with too. If you decide to go with ATS send me a PM after you get it in and drive it a while and let me know how you like it.

I have had my ATS Stage IV for a little over a year now, iIve put about 25,000 miles on it and I LOVE IT! It is very quick off the line, thanks to a Great Stator design, and shifts firm. Lockup is strong, and you won't slip the TripleLok, I don't care how much HP & Torque you put through it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It is the best thing I ever did to my truck.
