I will be there to learn everything I can.

Last night a trio of us auto transmission novices successfully installed a new "Diesel Transmission" valve body in 12valver Dave's truck. It went well I thought. He went from idle pressure of about 55 to 80 with the new valve body. The cruise pressure was up from about 70 to 90. Peak pressure was about 130 the navigator said #ad
We hope the improved pressure will hold the uprated engine output better then the stock configuration, although a torque converter replacement is not far off. A cooler is likely as well.

We are happy to host this tech event along with Jim Leahle and look forward to offering Bill's product to our clients #ad

Hey Mike, Let me Know how the New Tc and VB works out while pulling your 5th wheel... I am very Interested... ... I also have a Pull behind Trailer and need more POWER to the Ground!
Doug.

Sorry for the delay in updating guys,
The shop has been extremely busy and we just finished up our meeting with Packbrake.
Can you guys imagine me in a corporate board room. We are discussion with Packbrake about a system we've developed to enhance the performance of the exhaust brake as it relates to the automatic transmission.
To answer some of the questions we have been getting , the seminar will cover valve body pressure adjustments, kick down cable adjustments, how to do pressure readings on transmissions, and cover TC operations and transmission components. We also be
covering brands of clutches and some info. recently released by the ATRA & Manley Tate of RAYBESTOS aftermarket corporation.

Bill,
When you say that you're going to be in Texas later in the year are you refering to the Texas Rally in Temple or another location? I'm very interested in seeing something like this.

Bill is heading for Oregon now as we have concluded our two dayer here in the diesel Ram capitol of California. Yesterday Mike's truck got a new TC and valve body and today everybody got to drive it along with Bill's truck. The Ram Runners turned out to listen to some automatic transmission philosophy and techno speak, check out the cutaway TC and floorboard Bill's truck. We are a bit sunburned but I think we will survive. Thanks to Bill K. of course, Arlan and Bill from SoCal, Huff from the dark side, the Ram Runners, San Jose Symbol/Mike for the use of their huge parking lot too. The TC is realll coolll and I like the concept that BK has brought to the table. I'm sure you will be hearing much more about this from now on.

Sorry I missed the program. I didn;t get back from vacation until late on Saturday. On a positive note - This was my first trip towing with my new truck. I pulled Donner Pass and a number of other grades on Hwy 89 at 55 MPH with plenty of go pedal to spare. I did have to drop out of OD though. All in all I'm very pleased with the way it pulled. I have to get my EGT, Boost and transmission Temp guages installed, its like driven blindfolded without them. Looking forward to hearing about the transmission seminar at the next meeting. By the way HVAC, I still can't seem to get hooked up to the RR mailing list??
