Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Transmission Temp Gauge

I am getting my trans rebuilt and i also added a set of guage including a trans temp guage... i want to put the guage in the cooler line... what size resistor do i have to put on the temp sensor plug and where would i get one... thanks for your help.

do i just connect each side to each pin and just tape it up so that no moisture gets in... thanks for the help Joe.

Seal it up with some silicone to keep water out. Then tape it up. Use a tie wrap to fasten it up so it doesn't flap around in the wind.

I used shrink wrap as well worked out great.
