Transmission Temp. Sensor Placement?

OK, you answered my question about the Boost Gage bolt. Now does anyone have a good solution as to the placement of a transmission temperature sensor thermistor? On my '99 I had it screwed into the Mag Hytec pan but I won't install that for at least a year or when ever I change the oil & filter. Thanks again, Don

I ended up putting mine in the mag-hytec pan. The original plan was to put it in the outgoing cooler line when I had my transmission worked on by DTT, but we discovered the transmission lines are entirely different than the 2nd gen trucks and the old crossover line won't fit.



I don't know if anyone's come up with a better solution yet.
