I am hooking up a floor dimmer switch to force unlock my TC, hoping to gain a few more miles from my ailing transmission. I understand from reading here, that this will make my transmission run a little hotter. I have the sensor in the pan, cause there isnt anywhere else to put the darn thing
I run maybe 115-125* max locked up towing and have hit 150* backing in my TT or idling for a while. What is the temp difference from the pan compared to the "hot line"? How much should I add to the temp to know how hot I really am?
