Transmission TSB

Just read TSB 21-02-00 which is a delayed upshift from 3rd to 4th while moderately accelerating from 30 - 50. My truck upshifts around 53 - 55 mph under the above conditions. I always thought that was late but am not sure. Any feedback appreciated.

It seems to be a little high, 45 +/-- is about normal. It could be a matter of the detent cable adjustment or could need a PCM reflash.
IF--- you have any stealth power upgrades ( as none are listed in your signature, we won't tell, but the DC KGB will read ) they will raise shift points, particularly the 3-4.

I would like mine to be around 53-55 mph. I have bigger tires and pull a trailer alot, and im running about 1500rpms at 55mph in OD. Id like the rpm to be a bit higher.
