transmission Upgrade Questions

Can anyone guide me to a unbiased transmission Expert. I want to upgrade my 2007 Mega Cab's transmission without busting my wallet and I am wondering about an article I read in Diesel World, Oct 2010, pg 86, "Locked Up, Toxic Diesel Raises Line Pressure for Dodge Automatics. "



Would this be a wise investment when I change out my filter and fluids.

The torque converters are the weak link of these trannys. My recommendation is a billet torque converter and valve body for stock truck applications if hot rodding billet input and output shafts. Most custom rebulids they will up the line pressure anyways.
