Got some good tips from a couple of members. Did the governor conversion and installed a new governor pressure sensor and filter. All looked ok inside, no burnt oil, no metal pieces, some fines on magnet. On test drive still would not upshift under moderate or hard accel. Runs up to 3500 rpm's and holds in first until I feather the throttle. The rest of the shift pattern is ok, downshift is better than it was. Before changes also had some trouble with 2nd to 3rd up shifting. Totally disconnected Banks Ottominder. Any ideas? Thanks

Did you check your front band adjustment? That will effect that shift.

Failing that, you may have to run some pressure tests to see what is actually going on when it shifts. You could have a broken ring in the intermediate servo that is leaking or possibly the accumulator piston leaking by.
