Well, we got the new ATS TC installed today. The tech that did it said: (Wow, does it hook up!). I am very pleased with the immediate and obvious changes to stock performance. First, when I go from park or neutral to drive, it is in gear right now. Second, the absence of slip when leaving a stop is more like driving a manual transmission. Third, the upshifts are much more firm and lock up is solid. The most impressive is the drastic reduction in "slip" from the TC.
Very anxious to add the back ordered lock up controller.
Although I have a BD valve body to improve some of these parameters, the difference between stock and ATS convertors is amazing!
