Trapezoidal, not square 8' bed ?

Hi folks. I'm looking into a tonneau cover, probably a rolling one like BAK Revolver. I started to measure my truck bed to realize that it is quite trapezoidal. Inside of bed rail measures 165cm at the cab, 158cm at the tailgate. Is this normal or is my bed a little tweaked ? Can I make it square with a come-along ?

I have a rolling bed cover on mine and yes they are made that way. The cover compamy should know that so it should fit . Maybe a call to them for assurance.

It's normal. I installed a Roll N Lock in mine and had to customize the wide part for the mounting. I also had to shorten my rails since I have a 45 aux tank in the bed.
