Travel Companion

Looking though the travel companion I see a lot of states are still blank, what's going on, people who live there unhelpful? Don't forget to sign up by clicking TDR Member Exclusives at the top of this page.

Illflem, I think it would be great to see all of us signed up... but some are afraid of the privacy issues. Some just don't want to be bothered.



Take a good look at who has signed up and who hasn't! Some of the most "helpful" people, with the most to "offer" have not!



The other issue is not being able to edit it yet. It would be nice if we could do that. Change phone numbers, correct info, etc. I forgot my phone number and have emailed TDR for the addition. Hopefully, in all of the other stuff they have to do, they will get it done soon!

I'm going to wait until the password for access is not broadcast for ALL to see. (saw it in another post) I'd rather have my info available only to TDR members.

The only place I have seen it is on the TDR Website/Roundtable... which is not available to everyone.

Log out and then reload the TDR forum page. It should not greet you with your handle since it will not know who you are. In that case, you will also see that the "TDR Website/Roundtable" forum does not appear. You have to login again with your handle and password so that it sets a cookie in order to know who you are to get it to appear. Only registered members can see that forum.

I have tried repeatedly to join the list, but after I put in my data, the "list" allways rejects me complaining of my URL----whatever the heck that is. I realize that computerwise I am a relic of the past, but the travel companion has defeated me.

Wow, after many tries, I finally got "listed"; its the E-mail address that worked. With the tdr web and everything else I tried, it accused me of having an undesirable URL, (guess a URL is something dirty!) The dang machine is mostly witchcraft anyway.

Come on!!! whos kidding who, anyone knows ya can't go sending messages around the world just by "clicking" on a little plastic mouse!!!
