I am going to Montana with some friends to kill a few buffalo. They will be driving Fords. I offered to tow my trailer so they can keep up. Is this enough of a handicap?

Also you could rig up a flat wall to create drag , take a 4'x8' pice of ply wood and have it positioned above the cab with a contraption of brackets to the bed. . or also put a pallet of cement in the bed also along with the trailer, to make things a little fairer.

Glen, I just came back from South Dakota,I was hunting buffalo at the Jump Off Buffalo Ranch. What a blast, ended up with 400 lbs. of outstanding meat. Have a good hunt!

I wouldn't call this hunting. We are going to a ranch. I will walk out on the range, pick out the animal I want and shoot it in the head. I want the meat. My wife would like to make the hide into a rug. We are still discussing that.

This ranch is charging $500 to $900 for the animal. You do all the work or, for $50, hire someone to gut and skin it.

As I said this is killing, not hunting.

To keep it fair, you could always call a national race sanctioning body and ask them to make it fair. You would end up with a Fodge powered by a Cummins Power stroke!!!! They are good at this. My suggustion is let them leave a day or 2 before you and pick them up along the way! Who will carry all that extra meat home???

Happy Hunting
