Triple dog and ABS

I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with downloading Bullydogs programs and having them change the ABS flash for tire size? The dealer soaked me $90. 00 buck to set the tire size correctly and I sure would hate to loose it once I flashed with the Tripledog. I know... . if you had a smarty you could do it yourself:{
