Triple Dog users-I have a question

I have the Bully Dog triple dog set on extreme in my truck ('05 SRW short bed). The only other mod I've made is a MBRP cool duals exhaust minus the cat. My question is... When I'm on the highway in 6th gear and punch it the truck takes off. But when it hits about 2500 RPM (with the pedal to the floor) I seem to loose power and the tach drops about 300 or so. Boost seems to stay at about 27 or 28. This is the only scenerio I can make this happen. Truck is fine off the line up through the gears. Could this be something with the Bully Dog program defueling the truck or something like that? Idon't think it's the clutch slipping because RPM drops.

I have stacked a Quad 100hp chip on mine and it pulls hard all the way up to 110mph. I know Quad makes a boost fooler know so your boost will climb a litte hard and further.
